My Partner

After Completion of ‘Home’ page,click on ‘Partners’ to Collaborate with your fellow Realtors through our Realiti.io Platform

If you click on this section as shown on the left hand side column you will see the below screen,

  • In connections-you can add your fellow brokers or builders who have a mandate(You can see the document symbol which is given left side of the Grant access) where they have already registered in our platform.
  • you can Remove/Disconnect them by clicking on the three dot which is given on the right side near to Gain access.
  • Please click on the ‘New Partner’ toolbar which is given on the top-right corner, You can find your friends/Channel Partners/Developers by adding their phone number and click on the search button.

Note: Before adding your fellow friends/Channel Partners/Developers make sure they registered in our realiti application,then only you can add your friends via searching in new partner.

In "All RequestsConnection Request", you can see the received and sent options which is on the screen above.


In ‘Received’ option, you will get to know who send the request to you, so that you can ‘accept or reject’ their request and in ‘Sent’ option, you will get to know to whom you have sent request to connect with.

  • In ‘All Requests→Stock Requests’, you can see the received and sent options which is on the screen above.
  • In ‘Received’ option,you will get to know who send the request to you to gain your Stock Access,so that you can ‘Accept or Revoke’ their request and in ‘Sent’ option,you will get to know to whom you have sent request to get access with or you can Withdraw it later whenever you want.

In ‘18.18.18’, you can able to see the Digital mandate between you and the fellow channel partners /Builders/Bankers who already register in our platform,where you don't need to wait for 10-15 days for the documentation process,as it will make easy for you to proceed for your business prospect.

  • Alternatively, you can click on the ‘new partner’ button to look for nearby brokers and builders on the map with the help of location tracking as shown below.
  • The map screen shows your current location in red along with nearby brokers and builders marked in green.
  • You can expand or decrease the area of coverage based on your interest by varying the length of the blue line accordingly.
  • You can find the blue line below the map and next to the text called ‘Distance’.Press ‘Submit’ once you are happy with the range of distance covered in the map. The distance covered on the map will be highlighted in blue.
  • After you have submitted the selected area on the map, you will find a list of brokers in your area on this screen.
  • For instance, a fellow broker named ‘Rajkumar’ has popped up in the New Connections screen as shown above.
  • You can now view his location, Total number of projects he is handling at the moment, years of experience, and his Total Sales Value till date.
  • If you click the three vertical dot kept at the right side corner of the prospective broker information bar, you will find a profile tag pop-up with the broker’s detailed information that includes a brief introduction paragraph, sales overview, activity overview, dealings (area of specialisation) and current status of the properties he is dealing with.
  • At the end of the pop-up there is a ‘connect’ button. You can press the connect button to send a friend request to the nearby broker.
  • The ‘bell’ icon on the top right corner of the screen also indicates the notification that a prospective broker is available in your neighbourhood and has accepted your grant request.
  • If you have sent a connection request the ‘connect’ button previously present at the right send corner of the nearby broker information bar becomes the ‘Withdraw’ button.
  • You can press the ‘Withdraw’ button if you have changed your mind, then the ‘Withdraw’ button will once again revert back as ‘Connect’ button.
  • Similarly the notification for the connection request will be seen in the broker end as shown above.
  • As soon as you send a connection request the broker/builder would get a notification and an information bar with your profile details appears on his ‘Received Lists’ in the ‘My Network’ section of his account as shown above.
  • He can now see your Location, Total projects, experience, and total sales value as well just like you did when you searched for nearby brokers/builders.
  • He would have an option to either accept or reject your connection request by clicking the appropriate button present on the right side corner of the received list information bar.
  • If your connection request is accepted by the broker on the other end then the ‘withdraw’ button present at the right side corner of the connected list information bar will be replaced by three buttons ‘Grant’ ‘Gain’ and ‘Disconnect’.
  • If you press the ‘Grant’ button then you will be allowing your new connection to access your stock information.


  • If you press the ‘Gain’ button then you are requesting access to the stock information of your new connection.
  • You can press the ‘Disconnect’ button if you wish to remove the connection and stop sharing your profile information to the broker on the other end.
  • The green dot on the profile picture indicates that the user is online, while the blue dot represents a new connection.
  • You can also add your own known connection by clicking the ‘+ New connections’ button present on the top right corner of the screen.
  • The ‘Grant’ and ‘Gain’ option also opens up for the broker who accepts the connection request.
  • There is a drop down menu for ‘Grant’ button, so that you can choose to allow access for the new connection to either your stocks or leads as shown below.
  • If the new connection broker allows you to access his stocks, then his stocks will be reflected on your stock collection section as shown below.
  • If you revisit the ‘My network’ section of your account and click the vertical three dots kept at the right end corner of the new connection information bar, you will now find unit wise permissions to share and receive the stocks in the pop-up profile description.
  • For looking at the list of stocks you have shared with your connection, press the ‘Grant’ button. The button turns blue and shows the list of stocks received in the ‘Received List’ and the list of stocks sent in the ‘Sent List’.
  • The selected list’s title will be highlighted in blue and the status of the stocks shared or received will be indicated by a ‘red dash’ if it is pending and by a ‘green dash’ if it is accepted.
  • For looking at the list of stocks you have shared with your connection, press the ‘Grant’ button. The button turns blue and shows the list of stocks received in the ‘Received List’ and the list of stocks sent in the ‘Sent List’.
  • The selected list’s title will be highlighted in blue and the status of the stocks shared or received will be indicated by a ‘red dash’ if it is pending and by a ‘green dash’ if it is accepted.
  • The stock lists that were already shared will show a ‘Revoke’ button next to it as shown above. You can click the ‘Revoke’ button if you wish to discontinue the access of the stock you have shared with your connection.
  • Similarly you can click the ‘Accept’ button to gain access to the stocks shared by your connection as shown below.
  • You can add multiple connection requests, which gets listed in the ‘Sent’ section of your My Network space, and the new connection requests that you have received will be accumulated in the ‘Received’ section as shown below.
  • You can ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’ the connection requests by clicking the respective button that is present at the end of the new connection pop-up or at the end of each lead information bar as shown below.
